JR PROJECT MANAGER/CONSULTANT (CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGEMENT TEAM)

The Professional Services team support the clients in the adoption of Vivocha product and makes sure that the clients leverage the full potential of Vivocha.

The job role is part of the Professional Services Team which goal is to customize and extend the capabilities of the Vivocha platform for specific client needs. 

Major Job Responsibilities

  • Prepares project proposals, technical specifications, work plans
  • Coordinates related activities for multiple technical projects, including task and milestone
    tracking, scheduling project meetings, documentation writing, and regular communication with
    stakeholders 
  • Is the focal point for the client on specific projects
  • Ensures that projects proceed according to approved schedules and work plans
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that the solution adheres to the requirements
  • Revisions, evaluations and tests technical solutions
  • Organizes and leads project meetings
  • Fosters communication and collaboration across Vivocha
  • Gathers business needs and help to map them into technical requirements using a consultative approach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive software analysis, development and implementation experience
  • 2 or + years IT project management experience or in a consultant role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

  • Proven ability to coordinate projects with technical components
  • Familiar with web technologies and mobile solutions
  • Skilful at multitasking, motivating team members, and keeping activities moving on multiple
    fronts
  • Effectively communicates complex information across technical com and non-technical
    audiences
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Italian and English)
  • Ability to contribute to cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical
    audiences
  • Enjoys working with both technology and people
  • Knowledge of Javascript, APIs, CSS, HTML are a strong plus
  • Willing to have a client facing role
  • Willing to travel and meet clients in Italy or eventually abroad (max 40% time)
  • Naturally inclined to positively face problems resolution through collaboration among different teams inside Vivocha
